Job Description

    Job Profile :
    • Job Role : Health Expert - Renewal Customer Executive
    • Its permanent Job - On roll with Aditya Birla Health Insurance
    • Its work from Office - Timing 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM based at7th Floor, G-Corp, besides MBC Park, Near Hypercity Mall, Ghodbunder Road, Kasarwadavali, Thane West 400 615)
    • Pick and drop facility by BUS would be provided to employees. (From Office to Nearest Railway Station)
    Job Role :
      • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
      • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
      • Upsell other products wherever possible.
      • Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
      • Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
      • Maintain good customer relations.
    Required Candidate Profile :
    • Linguistic Candidates Tamil, Malyalam, Kannada, Bengali, Assami, Odisha
    • Candidate must know the any regional language fromTamil, Malyalam, Kannada, Bengoli, Assami, Odisha
    • Good Communication with basic knowhow of English
    • Age 30 and below
    • Graduate (full time course only)
      • Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
      • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
      • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
      • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
    • Can join us within 30 Days Not recommended 90 days notice period.
