Were in the early scaling stage, acquiring many customers monthly through search engine marketing, referrals, and content marketing.We are on the hunt for a Marketing Leader with a proven track record in growing high-velocity, high-volume SaaS sales. Your mission will be to accelerate our growth by a factor of 50x. This role involves hands-on content creation, executing multi-channel growth strategies, and working closely with both in-house and freelance content creators. What is the job like

• Content Creation and Brand Definition: As the marketing leader, youll be the driving force behind all content creation for Neo, carving out and defining Neos brand in the process. Youll take on the role of editor-in-chief, ensuring the delivery of our content marketing plan in collaboration with the digital marketing team. This includes writing and creating videos, banner ads, and being responsible for editing and signing off on all copy, including product, social and brand microscopy.
• Brand Marketing: Your work will also involve engaging with publishers, influencers, media and paid channels to increase Neos mindshare and elevate our brand. Youll be expected to create branded content assets and products (eg. Business name generator, Neo Email Academy) and work on getting them to rank. You will also be in charge of creating a multi-media content programme, including video and podcasts.
• Organic Acquisition: A significant part of your role will be to collaborate with internal organic/SEO focused team members to create valuable owned assets. You will be responsible for content marketing through owned assets like a blog, business name generation tool, new business academy, etc., and driving referral traffic through content partners which feature our products and offerings prominently with non-paid interventions.

Who should apply for this role

• Proven experience executing a 0-1 growth playbook
• Hands-on content creation experience for consumer or B2B SaaS brands in any medium (video, audio, copy)
• Extensive experience in executing a multi-channel growth strategy with a focus on paid, brand-based, and organic motions
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consumer technology or SaaS
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Tier 1 MBA graduate
• Content creation experience across copy, video, and audio
• Deep expertise in at least 2 out of the following 3 areas: content marketing, brand marketing, acquisition marketing
• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, and media to get boosts from each of those channels
• Comfortable with reaching out and establishing relationships with publishers, affiliates, and other referrers
• Knowledge of leveraging brand investments to drive customer acquisition and experience with brand media buying
• Experience creating content for paid and organic campaigns across multiple performance channels, including SEM, display, video, and social
• Sharp copywriting skills and ability to work with a dedicated copywriter to put out copy that is polished, snappy, and on-brand.
