  • Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.u00A0
  • Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment.u00A0
  • Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.u00A0

  • Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.u00A0
  • Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.u00A0
  • Owns and produces customer documentation. Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form. Ability to write relevant components of a proposal document (e.g. answer specific RFP questions). Ability to translate verbal requirements from face to face client meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals.u00A0
  • Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. From the requirements, able to develop a high level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package.u00A0
u00A0Desired Skills and Qualificationsu00A0
  • Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.u00A0
  • Good understanding on PMGM and LMS modules.u00A0
  • At least 3+ years of experience on configuring / implementing SuccessFactors with full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.u00A0
  • 2+ years of experience in end to end SuccessFactors Compensation module and Variable pay.u00A0
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation Associate Certification in mandatory.u00A0
  • Configuring and troubleshooting BIB configuration from EC to ECC will be added advantage.u00A0
  • Experience to ensure project timelines are met, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation.u00A0
