Job description : Job Title L: Area Sales Manager Bulk Sales Division Sales & Marketing (Pulses) Mumbai , Pune Job Profile : Manage existing distributors network and focus on developing new ones. Ensure MIS maintenance for rate comparison and pricing, taking pricing decisions keeping business profitability in mind. Responsible for receivable and manage collection of dues post sales. Coordination with Plant, logistics, interaction with brokers on a regular basis. Be ready for the review meetings on a regular basis for sales & fortnightly for payments Ensure Broker evaluation is done on a regular basis to eliminate non profitable brokers and add profitable ones. Ensure quality standards & give feedback to plant as per market requirement. Achieving the allocated targets & new business development Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes, focus on value and volume. Forming strategic partnerships with other companies, distributors, brokers to leverage their existing networks. Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs and generate product development ideas. Graduate in any stream 7-9 LPA with relevant experience of 4-8 years in pulses, edible oil, sugar, wheat, rice
