Maintain and enhance software/web applications.
Develop data models for risk reporting and visualization.
Lead architecture and development of platforms (Python, Java, Databases).
Define and track KPIs for performance.
Collaborate with Business Analysts on analytics and reporting requirements.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure comprehensive design documentation and methodology.

Requirements

6 years in market risk or counterparty credit risk.
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python.
Expertise in risk system architecture and design.
Proven track record in large risk program deliveries.
Experience in Agile software development.
Familiarity with Python programming (non-developer level).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
