Job Description

JOB TITLE:RENEWAL & INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVELOCATION:Mumbai/PuneEXPERIENCE:4 yearsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for renewal & retention.
  • Handling monthly renewals.
  • Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis.
  • Sharing monthly reports (in required format) with the HOD.
  • Handling renewal related escalations and queries.
  • The Renewal Representative will be responsible for actively engaging clients in pursuit of continued renewal of accounts.
  • Build relationships and negotiate with existing clients, being the go-to account manager for clients and partners.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of maintenance renewal quotes.
  • Communicate with the Distributor and the OEM and get timely quotes from them.
  • Demonstrates the ability to personally plan for achievement of performance goals and exceed quota for the assigned work.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and activities for assigned tasks in the CRM.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Achieve quarterly assigned renewal quotas.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience while effectively executing renewal plans.
  • Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
  • Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
