For Mumbai, we are looking for a sales professional with experience in new car financing to manage the entire Mumbai region.As the Regional Head, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the auto finance sector.Location:

  • Used Car Lending: Pune
  • New Car Lending: Mumbai
Your Future EmployerA leading player in the auto finance space, known for innovation and customer-centric solutions in used car lending.Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive regional growth in used car finance for Pune or used commercial vehicle finance in Gujarat sectors.
  • Ensuring consistent revenue growth and maintaining profit margins through effective sales planning and market analysis.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Optimizing resource utilization, enhancing customer experiences, and driving increased revenue.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams, focusing on productivity, growth, and achieving sales targets across regions.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience in the Banking/NBFC sector, preferably in auto finance, used car lending, or commercial vehicle finance.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in managing and building teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
