Prime responsibility is to ensure the profitable growth of synthetic LANXESS Iron Oxide (Bayferrox, Colortherm, Bayoxide) business in ISC. Development of IPG Position in the Indian sub-continent.
Develop strategic plan for IPG business growth in ISC.
Lead Sales and Marketing team in ISC.
Develop sales teams skills and knowledge.
Implement measures derived from strategic market study IPG India and explore possibility for IPG asset base in India.
Define suitable product portfolio for profitable growth of IPG in India.
Prepare a 5-year plan together with regional and global HQ and yearly sales budget.
Coordinate market research and share information with regional/global HQ.
Prepare segment analysis (Construction/coating/plastics/paper/epec).
Ability to develop processes and strategies to solve problems.
Adaptive thinking required.
Ability to work within an international organization. Work together with the APAC Manager to meet KPIs and create strategies to grow and improve the business.
