Research and Analysis: Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Analyze data and prepare reports on findings.
Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of ESG projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Reporting: Help in the preparation of ESG reports, including data collection, verification, and presentation. Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives and performance.
Documentation: Maintain and organize ESG documentation and records. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of ESG-related events, workshops, and training sessions.

Key Requirements

B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with prior internship experience in ESG and sustainability-related roles preferred.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, BRSR, TCFD) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas are essential.
Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership.
Analytical capabilities and problem solving.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Highly customer-focused and result-oriented.
Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferable.
