Greetings,Open Position: Production EngineerQualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in cable harness or EV Connector / Plug / Vehicle inlet / EVSE Socket manufacturing.3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials used in above mentioned products.4. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.7. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements for manufacturing.8. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 & IATF.9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities:1. Oversee the production process of Manufacturing of various products from time to time, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.2. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and optimise the manufacturing processes.3. Implement and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer demands.4. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime and defects.5. Optimise material flow, inventory management, and resource allocation to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.6. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.7. Train production staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.8. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.9.
