Job Description

    • Achieving sales target by acquiring new client relationships.
    • To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level
    • Launching promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring effective implementation of the same at local level
    • Develop data base of targeted relationships , mapping the assigned market and establishing relationships at all levels
    • Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends
    • To identify training needs of the direct sales team and ensure that the direct sales team is trained on all products , policies as well as behavioral skills
    • Tracking direct sales teams incentives and providing inputs to the central team as and when desired.
