Job Description

    Hi,Ruby this side,We are hiring for Leading pharma company for SCM officer ,location is mysoreCompany:Leading Pharma ccompanyPosition SCM officerLocation:MysoreExperience:min 2 yearsSalary :Upto 4 LPAQualification:Graduate
    • Adherence to CGMP (current good manufacturing practices) and safety practice.
    • Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information
    • and recommends prospective vendors for approved vendor list.
    • Prepare vendor contracts, logic note and negotiates with vendor for the most
    • competitive quote as per industrial standards.
    • Request documents for vendor qualification from supplier to match requirement.
    • Planning for Material and to ensure the entire required document ensuring that all
    • department purchasing and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed
    • schedules/milestones.
    • Proactively involve in Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to
    • support above.
    • Obtains cost estimates, RFQ with different MOQ for Engineering store material, spare
    • from suppliers, OEM and service partners.
    • Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information
    • and recommends prospective vendors for management approval.
    • Monitor and ensure all goods received meet specification and arrange replacement
    • from vendors shall there be any goods which is not meet requirement.
    • Initiate for annual contract and open order for consume able and Engineering
