Job Description

    A Field Marketing Executive for a hospital promotes healthcare services, builds referral networks with local doctors and clinics, and drives patient footfall through outdoor outreach, corporate tie-ups, and community health camps.
    • Doctor & Clinic Outreach: Visit local general practitioners, clinics, and medical centers regularly to pitch the hospitals specialized care and build strong referral channels.
    • Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups: Connect with corporate offices, insurance companies, and local associations to secure health check-up packages and institutional partnerships.
    • Event Execution: Plan and manage local health screening camps, public awareness talks, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
    • Market Tracking: Monitor local competitor pricing, service launches, and shifting community health needs, then share insights with management.
    • Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, doctor interactions, lead conversions, and generate regular performance updates
