Job Description

    • Assist in patient care routines such as wound care, injections, IV administration, and other medical procedures as prescribed.
    • Create and implement personalized care plans based on each patients medical history and current health condition.
    • Collaborate with doctors, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and seamless communication.
    • Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medication administration, and healthy living practices.
    • Monitor patients progress, report any changes or complications to the physician, and adjust care plans accordingly.
    • Perform regular assessments of the patients condition, recording and maintaining accurate patient records.
    • Ensure hygiene and infection control practices are followed while administering care.
    • Provide end-of-life care and emotional support for patients and their families, if necessary.
