    • Conduct internal audits as per the company audit schedule (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Support HIPAA and SOC 1 audits, including re-attestation processes Collect, organize, and maintain SSAE 18 SOC 1 evidence documents from control owners.
    • Perform trend analysis on audit findings and prepare detailed reports.
    • Monitor departments for adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
    • Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to team members and management.
    • Review current practices and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and industry standards.
