Job Description

    As a Developer - CSM, you will serve as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, and best practices. Your role will involve designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, and integrating ServiceNow CSM with other applications. Additionally, you will provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.- Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow CSM and other applications- Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processesQualifications Required:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow CSM, Service portal, integration, and reporting- Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, etc.- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks- Excellent analytical and time management skills- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills- Strong project management skillsAbout the Company:The company is looking for a dynamic, engaging, self-reliant developer who can deal with ambiguity and maintain a collaborative and analytical approach.
