Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities - Managing multiple teams and ensuring coordination amongst them. Setting and improving existing systems and processes. Improving organisational preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure maximum uptime of rides and attractions to maintain customer satisfaction. Improve safety procedures and team compliance. Monitor and control maintenance costs. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Plan and execute new projects. Strong analytical skills to analyse breakdowns and guide teams on the same. Setting high maintenance team operations standards and training staff to follow the same. Prioritise work tickets and distribute them to appropriate teams. Plan and systematically schedule downtime. Negotiate with vendors for the best rates and service.Required Skills and Qualification - BE in Electrical preferred Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent in the planning of maintenance activities. Highly. process-oriented person. Strong leadership skills in order to be able to lead a team and develop it. Excellent communication in Kannada and English Strong people management skills. Ability to respond positively under pressure. The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures Good negotiation skills when working with vendors and contractors,
