Job Description

    Role OverviewWe are hiring Control Panel Wiring Technicians with strong hands-on skills in electrical wiring, cabling, and panel assembly. The right candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and execute wiring work independently.Key Responsibilities
    • Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing as per layout/panel design.
    • Assemble and wire control panels, distribution boards, APFC panels, and PLC/automation panels.
    • Carry out soldering and termination of wires, connectors, and terminals.
    • Identify and select proper wire sizes, lugs, ferrules, and sleeves.
    • Read and follow wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and schematics accurately.
    • Conduct continuity testing, troubleshooting, and basic quality checks.
    • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace.
    Requirements
    • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
    • Strong skills in wiring, crimping, soldering, and routing.
    • Ability to understand and execute from electrical drawings.
    • Familiar with tools like cutters, crimpers, and multimeters.
    • Good attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
