Job Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals fluent in Kannada and other Southern Indian languages to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in sales, as well as experienced candidates with backgrounds in the medical or insurance sectors.Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively promote and sell company products/services to potential customers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
    • Identify and reach out to new customers through field visits, calls, and other marketing activities.
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and at least one other Southern language (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, etc.).
    • Education: Bachelors degree in any field (Degree mandatory).
    • Experience:
      • Freshers are welcome to apply.
      • Experienced candidates from medical or insurance sales backgrounds are highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel locally as part of the sales role.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
