    Job Position: Sales Manager (Home Loans & Mortgage Products)Locations: Bangalore, Mysuru, DavangiriJob Overview:As a Sales Manager for Home Loans and Mortgage Products, you will drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and ensure a smooth loan process. You will focus on meeting sales targets, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient loan processing. The role requires a goal-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of home loan products.Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market conditions.
    • Build relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to generate quality leads.
    Customer Acquisition
    • Identify prospects and offer tailored home loan solutions.
    • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals.
    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
    Relationship Management
    • Engage with key industry players and maintain strong relationships.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through a smooth loan process.
    • Resolve customer queries in collaboration with internal teams.
    Loan Processing Coordination
    • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Address issues to facilitate timely loan approval and disbursement.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of home loan products and mortgage processes.

    • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field.
