Job Description

    Role Overview:You are invited for the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive at Mysore on 14th June 2025. The job location is Mysore and the designation is Process Executive. As a fresher with a Bsc/Msc/Bcom/Mcom degree from the 2024 batch, you will be responsible for providing excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will need to work in night shifts and demonstrate proactive behavior with clients. Good time management and the ability to assimilate process knowledge quickly are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Excellent communication skills- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to resolve issues independently- Verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills- Assimilating process knowledge efficiently- Probing and analyzing skills, capable of multitasking- Comfortable working in office and night shifts- Being proactive and respectful towards clients- Good time management to add value to client contactsQualifications Required:- B.COM/MBA/BSC/MSC graduates only- Freshers from the 2024 batch- Good communication skills, willingness to work in night shifts- Immediate joiners only- PAN card is mandatory for assessmentsAdditional Details:Candidates are required to carry 2 sets of updated CVs, face mask, and a hard copy of PAN card or passport for identity proof. The interview process includes an aptitude assessment and an operations screening face-to-face interview. It is essential to have a working cellphone with microphone and camera access for the assessments.
