Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in both backend development using Ruby on Rails and frontend development using React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining scalable web applications and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in building backend APIs and services.Strong proficiency in frontend development using React.Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.Experience with RESTful API design and development.Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and other tools like JIRA and Confluence.Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.,
