We have been in operation since 1998 and have served thousands of beautiful brides. Our focus is on providing modern, trendy, and stylish clothing for brides and bridesmaids. We are expanding our services by launching a new boutique in Bangalore.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Junior HR in Mysore. The Junior HR will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site position. Coordination: Help coordinate day-to-day HR operations and activities. Reporting: Generate and distribute HR-related reports and metrics as needed. Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on various HR processes and tasks, such as probation reviews and contract renewals. Support: Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving employee conflicts and escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary. Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and surveys.Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Familiarity with employee benefitsRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized,
