    Job Opportunity for HCC Coderob Description: *HCC Coder* (Hospital/Inpatient)Location: Mysore, IndiaExperience: 12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time.*Key Responsibilities* :HCC CodingPerform Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding for hospital/inpatient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.*Medical Record Review* :Analyze medical records, identify diagnoses, and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation.*Compliance* :Ensure coding meets all regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and institutional standards.*Quality Assurance* :Perform quality checks to minimize errors and ensure high accuracy levels in coding.*Documentation* :Provide feedback to physicians and healthcare staff for better documentation to capture complete patient information for accurate coding.*Collaboration* :Work closely with billing and auditing teams to address coding-related queries and improve workflows.*Qualifications* :Experience:12 years of experience in HCC coding, specifically in a hospital or inpatient setting.*Educational Background:* Any Bachelors degree*Certifications* :Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification preferred.
