Job Description

    As a Civil/Mechanical Engineer at Sanria Engineering, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your 7-15 years of experience in the Structural Steel Industry. Your main responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating leadership skills to manage multiple teams effectively- Performing project planning, documentation, resource planning, and utilization- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining clear communication with teams, management, and customers- Innovating, solving technical problems, providing guidance, and supporting the teams- Consistently meeting project schedules and delivering error-free drawings- Identifying team members improvement needs and enhancing productivity through training, improved project delivery methodologies, and automation- Ensuring projects stay within budget without compromising quality or schedulesTo qualify for this position, you must have a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience working as a Checker or Trimble Tekla 3D Modeler.
