Job Description

    The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts and sales growth for the machine manufacturing company. This role will focus on promoting the companys products, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will generate leads, close sales, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.5. Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and requests promptly and professionally.6. Participation in Trade Shows & Marketing Activities7. Market Analysis & Reporting8. After-Sales SupportQualifications:BE Mechincal/Electrical/Industrial Production/E &CExperience: Minimum 2 years experience in marketing and selling machines.Key Skills:Strong technical understanding of machines and industrial equipmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to develop long-term customer relationshipsProblem-solving and customer-handling abilitiesSales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targetsKnowledge of CRM software and sales tracking toolsJob Requirement:Fluency in English, Hindi and KannadaMust be willing to travelJob Location: Mysore, KarnatakaSalary: CTC 4.48 L P A,
