Job Description

    As a Software Engineer, II (Full Stack) at Capillary Technologies, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of digital applications and services that enhance interactions between our clients and their customers. Your primary focus will involve utilizing React, Node.js, and React Native to create seamless, scalable, and resilient solutions that align with our mission to drive the digital transformation of leading companies.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and React Native.- Lead and execute medium-level software features and projects, typically lasting 1-2 months.- Participate in problem discovery processes to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions for clients.- Assist in technical discovery to address complex business and technical challenges.- Continuously refine engineering approaches and processes to enhance efficiency and results.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers, offering technical oversight and assistance.- Collaborate with diverse teams, including designers, strategists, and data scientists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to client issues.- Engage directly with clients to update on progress, explain technical solutions, and gather feedback.- Align your work with the broader business strategy to contribute to the companys overall success.- Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices.**Qualifications Required:**- 2-5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and React Native.- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks/libraries.- Sound knowledge of computer science principles and software engineering best practices.- Demonstrated ability in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance and scalability.- Effective communication skills for progress reporting and issue discussion.- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Experience in mentoring and guiding fellow engineers to foster collaboration.- Interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members towards project and company objectives.- Excellent collaboration skills across disciplines and with diverse teams.- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is advantageous.The mentioned position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development, emphasizing full-stack technologies. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.,
