Job Description

    You are invited to the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 23rd Aug 2025 at Mysore. Please ensure to bring a copy of this email and register your application before attending the walk-in. The address is No. 350, Hebbal Electronics City, Hootagalli, Mysuru, Karnataka 570027. The reporting time is 09:30 AM till 11:00 AM. The interview schedule is as follows:- Interview Date: 23rd Aug 2025- Interview Time: 09:30 AM till 12:30 PM- Round 1: Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)- Round 2: Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM)Note: Entry is not allowed post 11:30 AM.Candidates are required to carry 2 sets of updated CV (Hard Copy), Face Mask, and either PAN Card or Passport for Identity proof. Please ensure to bring your PAN Card without fail for the assessment.The job is located in Mysore and is open to B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM graduates from the batches of 2024 & 2025 with a qualification of 15 years (1023) as mandated. The role entails working in Night Shift and is suitable for Freshers in the field of Taxation-Voice Process. The designation for this position is Process Executive with an immediate joiner notice period.Candidates applying for this role must possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, with a willingness to work in Night shifts. Graduates without a computer science background are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred.Responsibilities for the Taxation-Voice Process include:- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi- Holding a background in B.COM/M.COM/MBA (Commerce only)- Having graduated between 2023 & 2025 with all mandatory education documents- Exhibiting proficiency in spoken English and Hindi- Maintaining professionalism and courtesy with customers- Adhering to company/client processes accurately and efficiently- Being flexible with shifts and working hours- Collaborating effectively as a team player- Demonstrating good problem-solving skillsIf you meet the qualifications and requirements described above, we look forward to meeting you at the walk-in drive on 23rd Aug 2025.,
