Job Description

This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with relevant certifications looking to kickstart their career in data engineering.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.- Support data cleaning, validation, and transformation for various sources.- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues to ensure high quality and consistency.- Document processes, systems, and solutions for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.- Continuously learn and apply best practices in data engineering, Python, and SQL.- Contribute ideas for process improvements and new initiatives in team meetings.**Technical Competence:**- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, SQL, or related data technologies.- Strong understanding of Python programming with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, including joins, aggregations, and subqueries.- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus.- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data engineering.**Non-Technical Competencies:**- Excellent English communication skills.- Analytical thinking and quick learner mindset.- Team player with basic awareness of American culture.**Educational Background:** Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.**What We Offer:**- Vibrant work environment in Mysore with growth and learning opportunities.- Mentorship from experienced data engineering professionals.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and tools.- Competitive salary and benefits.**Performance Agreement:** The candidate must sign an Employee Performance Agreement for 2 years due to the investment in training a fresher.**Work Location and Shift Timings:** Mysuru-based program with flexible work hours (IST, EST) to accommodate global clients and company needs.,
