Job Description

    Job Summary:Synapse Child Development Centre & SYNAPSE Mind Care is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Manager to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our mental health facilities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting staff in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English are essential for this role, as it involves coordinating with a diverse range of patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Interns are also encouraged to apply, as we value nurturing new talent and providing opportunities for hands-on learning and growth.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks, including office operations, scheduling, and correspondence. Oversee facility maintenance, inventory, and procurement of office supplies. Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Maintain records and documentation in compliance with healthcare and legal standards. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including handling inquiries and managing relationships with vendors and service providers. Organize meetings, appointments, and ensure that all departments are aligned with company objectives. Assist in implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (both written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of office procedures and systems (e.g., scheduling, recordkeeping). Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
