Job Description

    Role / Job Title:1. Branch Sales Manager - Home Loans & LAP (On Role)2. Relationship Manager - Home Loans & LAP (On Role)3. Relationship Officer - Home Loan & LAP (On Role)Function/Department: SalesOpen Location: Nagpur / Bhandara / Gondia / Wardha.1. Generate Home Loan/LAP leads from the open market and through different channels.2. Maintain productive relationships with channel partners and customers3. Develop and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Sales Agents) to enhance business outreach.4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the DSA network.5. Assist clients with loan applications, and processing, and ensure excellent customer service.6. Work closely with the branch team to support sales goals and objectives.Required Candidate profile:1. Must have a minimum 2 years experience in Housing loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan sales2. DSA and DST both are vacancies available (Individual roles)3. Strong knowledge of home loans, business loans, and personal loan products.4. Ability to manage and motivate a DSA channel for maximum productivity.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.7. Graduated / Post Graduate in MBA.
