Description:Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirementsRequirements:Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with client, products, offshore & onshore teams and bridge the communication gapsTechnical background and an understanding of the mobile apps & eco-systemGood development/scripting skills in common languages which are Web-driver compatible language such as Java, Objective-C, JavaScript with Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, or Perl with the Selenium WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries.Good experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)Expertise practical knowledge of automated testing tools Selenium & AppiumKnowledge & Experience on JIRA tool is a mustKnowledge on Robotium & Selendroid tools is a plusWorking knowledge on Testrails tool is a plusMust demonstrate an understanding of test automation frameworksProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneouslyMust be flexible with working hours, independent and self-motivatedPunctual, Regular and consistent attendanceJob Responsibilities:Major Responsibilities:5 years experience in designing, implementing and supporting automation solution for mobile applications.Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teamsParticipate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolutionDesign and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use casesUse existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation functionDevelop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & AppiumDesign, Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web applications, iOS, Android & Windows Phone appsDocument, track and escalate issues as appropriateMandatory experience in Selenium with Appium to build automation solution for Android.Experience developing automated tests for Android technologies.Experience on ADB commands and Xcode.Experience on API testing on RestAssure & BDD approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large systems.Experience with Test processes, open source test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests in Selenium JavaDetail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality and test automation.Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
