    Are you skilled in managing B2B operations and passionate about enabling students to explore global education opportunities Join our dynamic team as a B2B Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and streamlining operations in the study abroad domain.Key Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, including educational institutions, agents, and service providers. Operational Coordination: Oversee and manage end-to-end operations with partners, ensuring seamless execution of agreements, student onboarding, and documentation. Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to optimize processes. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the study abroad sector, and provide insights to enhance offerings and partnerships. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for partners on admission processes, program details, and company policies. Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on partner engagement, operations performance, and key metrics for senior management.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline (business, education, or related fields preferred). 2 years of experience in B2B operations, preferably in the study abroad or education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain partner relations effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
