Job Description

    Project Role : Change PractitionerProject Role Description : Help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions.Must have skills : Organizational Change ManagementGood to have skills : Oracle SCM Transportation Management, Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Procurement CloudMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : Any graduate with overall 8 to 10 years experience in Organization Change Management with Oracle implementationSummary:As a Change Practitioner, you will help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Develop strategies for effective change management- Implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed- Analyze the impact of change initiatives on various stakeholdersProfessional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Organizational Change Management- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SCM Transportation Management- Strong understanding of change management principles- Ability to assess organizational readiness for change- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in managing resistance to changeAdditional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management- This position is based at our Nagpur office- Any graduate with overall 8 to 10 years experience in Organization Change Management with Oracle implementation is required,
