Job Description

    Position Sales ExecutiveLocation NagpurEducation: BE civil onlyExperience 10 years (Wire & Wire products Highly preferred)Joining ASAPShared resume at: hidden_emailManaging & Defining Channel Marketing Strategy, including Business development in accordance with overall business goals and objectives in region.Engaging new dealer & distributor and simultaneously reviewing existing dealer & distributor as per business plan.Manage & oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.Execute orders professionally, including both pre-sales and post-sales activities Achieve organizational goals for wire and wire products sales revenue.Developing Relationship with Key customers, Group of Influencers that extends support beyond specific sales events and opportunities.Handling OEM customer, EPC companies, Fabricators, Stockists.Will be responsible for managing accounts, repeat order and increasing revenues, directly interacting with MSMEs to sharpen understanding of their requirements & buying behavior, enriching client profiles for targeted selling.Build new customer & maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction & ; repeat business.Maintains contacts (build & ; maintain network) with other industry participants including traders and brokersDriving Channel incentive Schemes, Revenue generation, Training and development of Associate,Distributor Sales & Marketing Team, Dealers Sales force.,
