Job Description

    Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, IndiaJob Summary: The Chartered Accountant will manage the financial activities of the company, including accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of financial regulations, accounting principles, and be adept at analyzing financial data.Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per monthKey Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial information and adherence to internal controls. Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensure compliance with GST and other tax regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other. regulatory bodies as necessary. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and implement effective financial control systems to manage risks. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing necessary training and support. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and other tax laws. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Experience: Experience working in a trading company or related industry. Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance.
