    Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and manage a variety of functions at Diabetic Shoe India. This role will involve working with the CMS portal to manage product data, overseeing financial processes, analyzing business performance, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing content. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Excel, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:CMS Management: Regularly update and manage product data, inventory, and pricing on the CMS portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information across all platforms.Finance Management: Assist in financial tasks such as tracking sales, managing invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.Business Analysis: Conduct business performance analysis by reviewing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.Digital Marketing: Assist in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, paid search advertising, and email marketing.Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to create and manage engaging content for the website, social media channels, and other platforms.Collaborator Interaction: Coordinate with internal teams, retail partners, and external collaborators to ensure smooth operations and business growth.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on business performance, digital marketing metrics, and other key operational insights to share with management.
