The firm is expanding and undergoing restructuring. There is an opportunity to witness the core process and design mechanism, brainstorm and explore innovative ideas and get hands on exposure of the dynamics of business.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role for a Development Intern, primarily located in Nagpur with somework-from-home flexibility. The Development Interns will be responsible for assisting in Business process development, programming tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to recording activities. Day-to-day tasks include updating records, assisting for any task assigned, conducting analysis of work process to derive automation, and designing the structure of the firm with technical knowledge as required.QualificationsAnalytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving. Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment. Basic experience with Microsoft excel, Canva, digital marketing and content creation is a plus.Knowledge of excel is a must.Knowledge or skillset in all areas is not mandatory. It is encouraged to apply even if there is knowledge of only one or more skills in addition to excel.,
