Job Description

    Coordinate calls with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups. Manage and update product listings and inventory on Shopify and WordPress. Perform data management and analysis using Excel to track sales, orders, and customer data. Handle social media accounts, create and schedule posts to engage with the audience. Create basic designs for marketing materials using Canva. Assist with promotional campaigns and ensure product pages are optimized for SEO. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.Qualifications: Educational Background Any Graduate.Skillset: 6 Months-1 year of experience in e-commerce, website management, or social media marketing.
