Job Description

    Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and employees/clients. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion. Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging for catering services. Assist in preparing reports, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings. Ensure office operations run smoothly by managing supplies and maintenance schedules.Qualifications Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
