Job Description

    OverviewThe Finance Manager plays a crucial role in the organization, overseeing and managing all financial aspects. They are responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and making recommendations to ensure long-term stability, profitability, and growth.Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the financial team, including accountants and financial analysts Develop financial strategies and plans to support the companys expansion and growth Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Implement and maintain sound internal controls and financial procedures Streamline and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Manage cash flow and monitor financial health Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team Assess and manage financial risks Conduct regular financial audits Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and financial partners Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulationsRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines High level of integrity and ethical standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions Proven track record of delivering financial results and driving business performance Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Commitment to continuous professional development and learningSkills: financial analysis,budgeting,forecasting,strategic planning,financial reporting,finance,
