Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Product Manager & Digital Marketing Head to lead the development and marketing strategies for our education portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, coupled with digital marketing expertise, enabling them to drive both the creation and promotion of innovative learning solutions. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle from concept to launch, while also overseeing digital marketing strategies to ensure growth, user acquisition, and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision, Strategy, and Development: Define a comprehensive product vision that aligns with the educational goals of the portal and meets market demands. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including educators and academic partners, to shape the product roadmap and gain buy-in. Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through design, development, testing, and launch. Prioritise product features and functionalities based on user feedback, business objectives, and market trends, ensuring continuous product improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and content teams, to deliver high-quality products within deadlines and budgets.User Research, Feedback, and Product Iteration: Conduct detailed market research, staying up to date with educational technology trends, competitor activities, and user behaviour. Gather and analyse feedback from students, educators, and institutions to drive product enhancements. Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance, tracking key metrics to inform future iterations and improvements.Product Launch and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate product launch strategies, working with marketing, sales, and academic teams to ensure smooth and successful releases. Monitor product performance post-launch, addressing any issues and implementing quick solutions for continuous optimisation.Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy to promote the education portal, increase user acquisition, and enhance engagement. Create and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Build and maintain brand consistency, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the portals mission to improve learning experiences. Leverage content marketing (blogs, videos, webinars, etc.) to engage with students, educators, and institutions, positioning the portal as a trusted resource.Performance Tracking and Marketing Optimisation: Track and analyse digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement to measure campaign effectiveness. Use A/B testing, performance data, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to continuously optimise marketing efforts. Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights, enhancing both organic and paid marketing efforts to drive higher ROI.SEO/SEM and Social Media Management: Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve the portals visibility and search rankings across relevant educational keywords. Manage the portals social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building relationships with users and strengthening the portals brand presence.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Product Management and Digital Marketing, ideally in the edtech sector or digital learning platforms. Strong technical background with understanding of software development, web technologies, and learning management systems (LMS). Expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Additional Skills (Preferred) Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. Familiarity with instructional design and learner engagement strategies. Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for product development and marketing campaign execution.Location: Nagpur/Pune/Mumbai,
