Job Description

    Title: Head TPAP Experience: 8 to 14 Years Location: Nagur Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysRole overview: We are looking for candidates with experience in NPCI certification processes, UPI frameworks, and compliance documentation. Strong stakeholder management skills and a background in the Fintech or Banking industry are also essential for this role.Responsibilities Lead and oversee the end-to-end certification process for TPAP approval with NPCI. Ensure strict adherence to NPCI guidelines, technical specifications, and compliance frameworks. Work closely with NPCI, sponsor banks, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals. Stay updated on NPCI circulars, new mandates, and evolving UPI regulations. Collaborate with NPCI officials, sponsor banks, and internal tech teams to align on certification requirements. Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to NPCI outlining our TPAP capabilities, compliance status, and security frameworks. Conduct regular meetings with NPCI and banking partners, presenting progress reports, risk assessments, and audit findings. Work with banking partners, auditors, and legal teams to ensure documentation readiness.Must Have In-depth knowledge of NPCI certification processes, UPI frameworks, and TPAP regulations Experience in stakeholder management, risk governance, and managing tech integrations & compliance documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with NPCI and banking partnersGood To Have Negotiation skills for engaging with NPCI and banking partners.,
