Job Description

    bout the Role:We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hotel Management Trainees. This is a structured training program designed to prepare candidates for leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in various departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and operations, ensuring a holistic understanding of hotel management.Key Responsibilities: Rotate through different departments to gain practical knowledge and experience in all aspects of hotel operations. Assist in front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and handling inquiries. Support food and beverage services by learning restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. Collaborate with housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Monitor and assist in daily hotel operations to ensure compliance with company policies and guest standards. Participate in financial management activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Shadow department managers and learn leadership and decision-making skills. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance hospitality knowledge. Contribute to problem-solving and assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.Qualifications: Bachelors degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Quick learner with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
