Job Description

    Job Summary:As an HR Recruiter at PCARDS , you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our companys objectives and growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute the full recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates. Proactively source and identify passive candidates through networking and targeted outreach efforts. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and match with job requirements. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, and interest in the position. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Offer Management and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and coordinate offer acceptance. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to complete pre-employment screenings and background checks. Assist with new hire onboarding process, including paperwork completion, orientation, and integration into the company culture. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
