Job Description

    Job descriptionCiferon is the simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Ciferon, is looking for a Human Resource Intern to help us plan, recruit, develop, and execute effective strategies to build a solid connection with employees and management.Responsibilities:Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approvalDeveloping own network of suitable candidates.Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platformsManaging HR activities like meetings, interviews, employee engagement and other schedulesReviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment processManaging and handling the orientation of new employeesAssessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employeesManaging the employees data of each departmentOverlooking the daily operations of the HR department.Overseeing safety and health of the employees.Internship Duration: 6 MonthsInternship Type: Stipend will be providedMust Have:Bachelors/Masters degree in human resource management or relevant field.Excellent communication skills.,
