Job Description

    Job Title: Junior Architect (1-2 Years Experience)Location: Nagpur & GondiaJob Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a motivated Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will assist in design development, drafting, and project coordination while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of architecture.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. Assist in material selection, research, and detailing for various projects. Work closely with senior architects to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents. Excellent design and visualization skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of BIM (Revit) and rendering software like Lumion or V-Ray. Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
