Job Description

    Job Title: Junior LawyerLocation: Nagpur, Maharashtra, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeDHCO India, a law firm in Nagpur specializing in Tax & Commercial Litigation, is seeking 2 junior junior lawyers to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for handling Tax and commercial litigation matters.Key Responsibilities: Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums. Represent clients before the High Court & and lower courts in commercial & Tax Law matters. Handle scrutiny assessment and appeals related to direct and indirect taxes. Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on various laws. Liaise with the tax department and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients. Handle arbitration proceedings before the MSME Facilitation Council Maintain and update records of litigation matters.Requirements: Experience in tax and commercial litigation and related matters. Sound knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior Taxation work experience is necessary for this job.
