As an authorized license holder of Maharashtra Fire Services, the company provides comprehensive fire detection, alarm, and protection systems across various cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, and Nagpur.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team in Nagpur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management. The role involves overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment as per our fire protection system standards.Qualifications And Skills Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory skill) Project Management (Mandatory skill) Site Supervision (Mandatory skill) Quality Control experience to assure that project tasks meet safety and regulatory standards Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any on-site issues efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and clients Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installations Experience in equipment maintenance to keep all mechanical systems operating effectivelyRoles And Responsibilities Supervise and manage on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute mechanical aspects of fire protection systems Monitor and control the quality of installations, promptly addressing any non-compliance issues Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and project progress Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment Provide technical support and guidance to site workers and subcontractors Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment on-site Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns,
