Job Description

    Job DescriptionRole :(in 100 to 150 words)The Process Associate will play a crucial role in handling and processing quotations for standards received from clients on digital platforms. This position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to manage sales requests and calculate or obtain quotes for subscriptions where predetermined prices do not exist. The Associate will be tasked with researching standards on publisher websites in alignment with client requirements based on the specified subscription periods. The role demands effective communication skills and the ability to work under rotational shifts.Reports into :(RM Designation)Team LeadJob Responsibilities :( Must have )(min 8 pointers & max 12) Process quotations for standards received from clients efficiently using digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Handle sales requests by calculating or requesting quotes for subscriptions to standards, particularly when there isnt a predetermined price available. Conduct detailed research on publisher websites to gather necessary information in compliance with client requirements and subscription periods. Maintain a high level of accuracy while entering and processing data, ensuring that all client specifications and standards are met. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the quotation processing. Develop a thorough understanding of the pricing structures and subscription models of various standards to facilitate accurate quote generation. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide updates on quotation statuses. Adapt to rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in scheduling to meet business needs. Ensure all processed quotations are documented and archived appropriately for future reference and audit purposes. Continually update knowledge on the latest standards and subscription models to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance process efficiency and stay informed on any procedural changes. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while processing client requests.Job Responsibilities :(Desired)(max 2) Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used for processing quotations and managing client requests. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.Criteria :(Must have)(Max 4 pointers) B.Com graduate. Good English communication skills. Typing skills with a proficiency of 25/90%. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.Criteria :(Desired)(Max 2 pointers) Prior experience in handling digital platforms for client interactions.
